Each township municipality has their own inspection methodology to obtain the Lead-Safe Certification.  Our team confirms the methodology for accuracy before you schedule the appointment.  Just provide us the address, number of units, number of bedrooms and we will take it from there.   You only need to confirm with your tenant that we will have full access to the unit(s) to be inspected so that we can perform the inspection.
